Our History

In 1986, Prince & Associates began providing real estate development services in residential and commercial properties and paralegal services to both the private and public sector.

In 1991, Prince & Associates began providing independent telecommunications consultant services internationally with a focus on the United States.

Clovis L. Prince, President and Chief Executive Officer of Prince & Associates, was responsible for the first ever monopole agreement between Omnipoint Communications and the Florida Department of Transportation, Turnpike District.

In 1997, Mr. Prince served as the Project Manager during the negotiations, site acquisition, and construction of the monopoles on turnpike right-of-ways. He managed a $200 million dollar budget at the height of the project, in which every major carrier co-located on at least one of the sites. Most sites have four major carrier tenants.

HIGHLIGHTS FROM OUR LEGACY OF SERVICE

In 2000…
Prince & Associates provided special project services for Nextel Communications in New Orleans to allow Nextel to have extensive coverage during the CTIA 2000 Convention. This enabled Nextel to double its capacity to handle traffic in downtown New Orleans during the Convention.

Prince & Associates provided project and program management services to the GSM Alliance carriers that allowed the GSM carriers to offer GSM services at the CTIA Convention, prior to any networks being built in New Orleans. This empowered the GSM carriers to handle over 100,000 minutes of calls for participants at the CTIA Convention. Omnipoint Communications headed up this effort for the GSM carriers, and Prince & Associates worked to build the sites in record time to meet the demands of the GSM Alliance carriers.

In 2003…
Prince & Associates executed an agreement with Ericsson, Inc. to provide consultancy, staff augmentation, project management and related services for the delivery of site development business solutions. Prince & Associates also provided program management services to Ericsson, Inc. for the launching of several U.S. Cellular projects in Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri.

In 2005…
Prince & Associates provided program management services to United States Cellular Corporation, to assist with the design, optimization and operations of the wireless telecommunications systems in Iowa and other Midwestern cities.

In 2006…
Prince & Associates executed a contract with Cingular Wireless (now AT&T) to provide full turn-key services nationwide. The initial project was located in the Carolinas to provide backup power systems for over 200 sites.

The Company also executed a contract with Sprint/Nextel to provide construction services in the Southwest region. Theses services included full turn-key construction services for; monopole, self-support and stealth sites through Arizona.

In addition, Prince & Associates executed a contract with Verizon Wireless to provide construction services throughout the US. Currently, the Company is providing these services in the Alabama market for the Southeast region.

As it relates to our Renovation Division, Prince & Associates executed a contract with Extended Stay Hotels to provide remodeling and renovation services throughout the US. Prince & Associates provided these services in the Southwest (Phoenix, AZ), Southwest (Dallas, TX) and the Midwest (Detroit, MI) markets. These projects entailed and encompassed the renovation and remodeling of over 1,000 rooms and associated functional areas (e.g., lobby, laundry and exercise rooms).

Prince & Associates Real Estate Division is developing 34 single family homesites in the Oklahoma City Adventure District market. These homes range in value from the mid $300,000 range to $1,800,000.

In 2007
Prince & Associates has embarked on a new venture; Prince & Associates Restaurants Division which includes the Company’s signature restaurant – Prince Bistro . Prince Bistro restaurants will be located throughout the Dallas, Texas area and will provide lunch and dinner. Food items will include; sandwiches, wings, pizza, salads, and alcoholic beverages. On special occasions, live entertainment will be provided as well. 

As the Company continues to grow as a whole, the Real Estate Division will focus on developing hotels, commercial real estate and single family homes in Texas, Oklahoma, Georgia, and Arizona for 2007 and beyond. Plans are underway for two 110-room hotel facilities in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and an easy living community that may include; assisted living facility, golf course, hotels, Super Wal-Mart and other anchor tenants. In addition, the Company will be developing 11 homesites in the Rose Rock Phase II development area of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
