Dear Mr. Prince:

Thank you for inviting me to participate as a speaker in the Prince & Associates Annual Charity Golf Tournament. It was a wonderful and enriching experience.  You put on a truly first class event for a very worth cause.

I look forward to our continued association in the future and wish you much success as you continue your endeavor to raise money for The American Cancer Society and help to find a cure for cancer.

Sincerely,

Great golf tourney and networking event this year, you have done so much over the years raising money to fight a deadly disease that has touched us all.  Both of my parents have been touched by it but with research and prayers they both are still with me.  My mom is a going into her 45th year of survival and it could not have happened with out guys like you raising money for the American Cancer Society.  Thanks again and ready to do it again next year!

Thanks a lot. I had a good time and appreciated the opportunity to present to the group. A few folks expressed interest in learning more and pursuing the opportunity. I look forward to attending the event next year to build on relationships established this weekend.

I'm proud to call you a friend and have the highest level of respect for you as an individual and business person.

Just one small event in this great American country helping so many in need fighting this deadly cancer. My hat is off to your team at Prince and Associates. Expect us to attend next year.

I enjoyed playing in the golf tournament on Friday. It was a challenging course for a novice player like myself; I enjoyed the fellowship with my team and meeting new golfers. Thanks.

Thank you so very much for your gracious hospitality.  I could not go to bed without first thanking you and Ms. Tiffany for taking such good care of me.  I look forward to the continued dialogue.

Gracefully,

I just wanted to express my thanks and appreciation for all the work you and your team put into making this years’ tournament a rousing success.  As this was the first time I had been able to attend, I can tell I have missed an important and extremely enjoyable event in the past.  I look forward to attending this event in the future.  I was able to renew a lot of old friendships and relationships, as well as meet a lot of new people from different walks of life. The evening activities were very enjoyable, and the speakers you lined up for the various presentations were knowledgeable and informative.  I especially enjoyed the anecdotes of

Mr. Papa John's himself.  A very likeable guy, as well as personable.

Again, thank you for inviting me, and I look forward to seeing you again very soon.

PS – On another note, I really appreciate the work you do for the Cancer Society.  I arrived home Sunday evening, and on Tuesday I received a call from my sister that my mother had been diagnosed with metastasized pancreatic cancer.  I also have a younger brother who is fighting colon cancer for the past three years so this tournament and the work your team does are near and dear to my heart.

Thanks Again for everything.

I would like to thank you and Mr. Prince for the opportunity to experience my first golf tournament. I had a wonderful time and your hospitality was top notch. I feel so blessed to have met your company. I met some good people this past weekend and hopefully established some partnerships that will last a lifetime.

I thoroughly enjoyed your golf tournament and hope it achieved the financial goals for such a worthy cause.  I was very impressed by your staff and the people you have surrounded yourself with that I know is so crucial to being successful.  I look forward to participating in the event next year.

I appreciate the amount of trust you are placing with us and it will be an honor to work with you and your staff in our market or any project where we can be of service.  Thanks again to you and your staff for your hospitality in hosting your annual charity golf tournament.

Regards, Phil

Kay and I really enjoyed our visit with you and your company last week.  We were very impressed with all of your people that you have surrounded yourself with and it explains a lot of why you are so successful.  I know we both understand that being successful in business requires an ability to be very intuitive and read people and situations.  The fact you have identified the character and quality of Todd Williams proves that you have this ability.

Thank you so much for your hospitality last weekend, we had an incredible time - and for a truly great cause.

I didn't get the chance to mention it to you but our kids are best friends with the "Watters" family back in Minneapolis and Corinne Watters (6 years old) was diagnosed last fall with a very rare form of extremely aggressive cancer that is only found in 150 kids per year in the US. Corrine just finished her 12th round of chemotherapy today and she is a FIGHTER. She is an amazing little girl with fantastic, loving parents. In fact, her mom and dad just adopted a little orphaned boy named Victor who they met on the oncology floor at Children's Hospital in Minneapolis. Victor has the same exact cancer Corinne has and has been given 12-24 months to live. He has had a hard life with no one to hold his hand or tuck him in to bed at the end a hard day of chemo. Can you imagine? But now he's got the Watters who have taken him in as a biological son and we are all learning to number our days and be thankful for every blessed minute we have together here on earth. Her story is one of God's rich mercy and grace in the midst of some of the hardest trials life can throw at you. You can read more about Corinne and Victor at Corinne Watters if you ever get the chance.

Everyone on that course had a "Corinne or Victor Watters" in mind when they teed off in the morning, but I played for them. You are a truly gifted and leader and I am proud to call you a friend. With all my respect and gratitude.

I really enjoyed your annual Golf event. I had a great time, met great contacts, and liked the fact that this was to support the American Cancer Society. My father died at a relatively young age from cancer so I'm happy that funds were raised.

Clovis, thank you ever so much for showing me and Russ Clark a most wonderful time at the charity golf outing. Your staff and every one associated with the event were a joy to be with. This is a direct reflection on you and the way you run your business. If I can help with next years event please let me know. I wish you even more success and look forward to seeing you in the near future.

Hi Clovis, Congratulations on another successful annual event! Your efforts became pretty obvious and now you can see the “good problem” that you have for future events. I look forward to supporting these good efforts in the future.

Congratulations on the success of the charity tournament! The Hutton team was excited to be a part of your team! As usual you created a forum for charity, recreation and business that is highly effective. The contribution to our industry is also evident in the attendees and speakers that continue to support the event. I appreciate the opportunity it presented to make new friends and catch up with old friends. We will be there again for you in 2009. Thanks!

Good Afternoon Mr. Prince. Hope this email finds you doing well.
I remember telling you I had a great picture of Dave in his infamous shorts and I promised to email it to you. Sorry it's taken so long. I had a ton of catching up to do after being out of the office for a couple of days.

I also wanted to thank you for inviting me and allowing me to be a part of this great event, I genuinely enjoyed it. I had the privilege of working with many of your employees and I wanted to let you know that they are some of the most wonderful people I have ever had the pleasure of getting to know personally. I walked away feeling like I made a few friends there, so thank you for that. I'm already looking forward to next year!!
